It's All About That Brussels Hustle

I once thought vegetables were gross. Like most other kids, I believed vegetables were meant to stay on the plate or fed to the dog under the table. Now that I'm older and much wiser, I've learned to love them. My diet is 75% vegetables so it's safe to say I didn't just "learn to love them". Plus I feel like I need to make up for lost time. That's a thing right, like catching up on sleep on the weekends? Probably not, but we'll go with it because vegetables are good for you!
Fun fact:  Brussels Sprouts are in the top 20 most nutritious foods. They can help fight cancer, improve bone health, skincare and vision. Also, just one serving is enough to meet your daily needs for vitamin C and K.
