What better way to spend your Thursday night than cooking with bacon (all the bacon, all the time!) This class will feature four dishes that you’ll prepare and enjoy during class as well as a guest appearance from Gene Pavone of Charlotte’s own Curley Tail Bacon. Charlotte Magazine’s Best New Restaurants Party @ CenterStage NoDa, 7pm – 10pm
Don’t miss this phenomenal event featuring 25 of Charlotte’s Best New Restaurants. There will be live music, a live auction, and much much more. Tickets can be purchased through Culinary Local.

Fashion, Cocktails & Dessert @ Kandy Bar, 9pm – 2am
Slate Boutique is hosting one of their extravagant fashion shows at Kandy Bar and you’re invited. Watch beautiful models whisk down the cat walk while sipping on specialty cocktails and decadent desserts. VIP table reservations can be made by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org.
Girl Scout Cookies & Beer Tasting @ Cork & Cask (Cornelius), 7pm – 10pm
America’s favorite cookie has inspired four of NoDa Brewing’s Brews and we can’t wait to try them. Come enjoy a cookie (or a few) with NoDa rep, Derek Murphy. He will talk you through the magic of each brew and give out some fun brewery swag.
Beer Details include:
Samoan Blonde: Blonde Ale with Coconut, Dark Chocolate and Caramel.
Minty Thin: Porter with Peppermint and Dark Chocolate.

Patio Release Party @ Lenny Boy Brewing Co., 12pm – 7pm
It’s officially patio season so come out and enjoy a free plate of Sauceman’s BBQ with your purchase of 22 oz. brew. There will be live music and entertainment.
IPA Release Party @ Sugar Creek Brewing, 2:25pm – 11pm
Come out and try this long awaited IPA! It’s designed to showcase the full flavor and aroma of America’s best hop varieties.
Annual Block Party @ Galway Hooker, Gates open at Noon
Let the festivities begin! The region’s largest St. Patrick’s Day Block Party is held right here in Lake Norman! This FREE event has something the whole family will enjoy, including live music, food trucks, raffles, lawn games, vendors, and much more.
SUNDAY, MARCH 12TH
Namstay Yoga @ Legion Brewing, 12pm
Bring your mat and a smile. Join Lisa Strickland Yoga for a rejuvenating class, then stick around afterwards for a refreshing brewski. This class is just $7 and includes a beer.
S2E6 @ Free Range Brewing, 1pm
Order/fire will be at Free Range Brewing with Chef Chris Coleman of Stoke Charlotte. Learn about this Charlotte native’s story while you raise a pint with your neighbors and friends. The premier viewing will start at 2pm and a raffle will be held for a one-night stay at the Marriot Uptown with a tasting menu for two at Stoke Charlotte. Proceeds from the raffle go to the Children’s Miracle Network of the Levine Children’s Hospital.
