Welcome to South End!
EWP has proudly partnered with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Carolinas Realty to help people like you, find the perfect home within our perfect city.
Before deciding on exactly where you want to live, you absolutely have to know your community, or should we say your happy place(s).
We went on a tour in South End with professional realtors to prove that the fun doesn’t stop when you’re living here.
Grab a Lime Scooter (probably chillin’ on a curb somewhere), and let’s get started!
First off on our list is The Suffolk Punch.
The Suffolk Punch is comprised of four things: a café, a coffeehouse, a taphouse, and a brewery, all in one place. Their culinary staff uses both local and seasonal ingredients to create that welcoming dish that you’ve been waiting for. And if you can’t decide on which delicious dish to eat, they have a menu of daily specials for suggestions.
After you’re full from Suffolk Punch, take the light rail over to Barcelona Wine Bar.
There’s no better way to do it, really.
Start off the day with some breakfast and a coffee, or beer, whatever you’re feeling, really.
In Spain, it’s pronounced ‘Bar – theh – lona’. Here, we just call it a classy and dynamic wine bar. They’ve got over 25 tapas to pick from, charcuterie, cheeses– with a couple glasses of wine, of course. Just watch the video. I really don’t know how else to describe it.
Okay not gonna lie, we needed a break from all of the food and drinks, so we stopped by a townhome on Doggett Street to check out what it’d be like to stay here.
And like, look how cute it is. Peep the cat.
Good news, this townhouse is actually coming on the market soon! With 3 beds, 3.5 baths, 2 car garages, AND a rooftop terrace with city views, there’s not a doubt that it’ll get snatched up fast.
It’s expected to be listed in the $675K range, which is a pretty solid deal, given that it’s in South End, to be honest.
It wasn’t long before we got hungry again.
In celebration of Taco Tuesdays, how about some Tex-Mex?
Superica, here we come!
We came for the margaritas, guilty as charged.
Our final stop is JUST around the corner.
There’s a colorful mural full of hearts behind Jenni’s Ice Cream so you can take cute pics for the ‘Gram.
Did you really explore South End if you didn’t Instagram it?
Grab a cone while you’re at it too.
We hope our sneak peek Tour de South End won you over on why you definitely need to move here.
If you have any questions about purchasing your next home, let Berkshire Hathaway guide you in the right direction.
You can get that townhouse (without the cat, sorry) via DM or email firstname.lastname@example.org or call/text (704)458-1843.
Have fun exploring South End, there’s always more to come in CLT.
